I. General Information
www.spreadit.pl service's operator is SpreadIT conference.
The service collects information about users and their behavior in following ways:
by information provided in a form on a voluntary basis,
by files written to endpoint terminals (cookies),
by logs of www server collected and stored by the hosting provider (Tiktalik, working under the tiktalik.com address).
II. Information about the forms
The service collects information entered by a user on a voluntary basis.
The service can save information about a connection parameters (such as timestamp or IP address).
Data entered in the form are not available to any third parties without user's agreement.
Data entered in the form are processed only for the purposes related to that form (e.g. for registration or contact).
III. Information about cookies files
Cookies files are computer data, especially text files, that are stored at the device of the service user. They are used to enable using service's websites. Usually cookies contain their origin website name, expiration time and a unique number.
It is the service's provider who saves cookies at user's device and can access them.
Cookies are used for the following purposes:
to prepare statistics which help to understand how service's users exploit websites so as to we can improve a structure and content of these pages;
to keep user's session (when signed in) in order to user don't have to provide credentials on every subpage of the service;
Within the service there are two types of cookies: 'session' and 'persistent'. Session cookies are temporary files which stay at user's device till logout, exiting the website or closing an application (web browser). Persistent cookies are kept at user's device by the time specified in parameters of cookies or until they will be removed by the user.

IV. Server logs
Some users' operations are logged at the server's layer. These data are used for administrative purposes only and for ensuring the best efficiency of provided hosting services.
Reviewed resources are identified via URL addresses. Below are listed additional data that may be registered:
request arrival time,
time of sending a response,
client's workstation name - identification is conducted via HTTP protocol,
information about errors encountered while HTTP transaction was processed,
URL address of previously visited website (referer link) - when user reached the service by a hyperlink,
information about user's web browser,
information about an IP address.
Above data are not connected with specific people visiting websites.
Above data are used for administrative purposes only.
V. Sharing of the data
The data can be shared with external subjects only within legally aproved range.
The data which can be used to identify a physical person may be shared only after this person's agreement.
The operator may be obliged to provide information gathered by the service to law enforcement authorities (in accordance with a request and within a range declared by this request).
VI. Cookies management - how to declare and withdraw an agreement in practice?
If a user doesn't want to receive cookies, one can change web browser's settings. Caution! Disabling a usage of cookies which are required for authorization processes, security and keeping user's preferences may negatively affect or, in extreme cases, even completely prevent from exploiting websites.
